Just a quick update from the bright and colorful Antibes. Sarah and I are currently in the South of France continuing our holiday together and there is no other preferred holiday spot (IMO) than Antibes. It is simply perfect here; it’s posh, civilized, and the most relaxing spot in the SOF. I’m sure you have seen on my Instagram stories our check-ins, pillow fights, and tennis outings from The Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc, but if you haven’t been following along, we have had such an enjoyable past few days. As much as I love Eden-Roc, it's very quiet and you end up not leaving the hotel (since literally everything you could ever want is there), so to really experience Antibes, I like to split my time between two hotels.
Here we were staying at the lovely Hotel Juana, a five-star boutique hotel in Juan-les-Pins Antibes just opposite of the Jardins de la Pinède park. The hotel itself is a colourful and visual delight, so I thought these photos would be a wonderful start to us checking-in here. A few years ago, the hotel went under serious renovation and it has modernized itself into today's world as a leading boutique hotel in the Côte d'Azur. It has kept its charm through its original structure and keeping elements of the hotel such as the brass lift with ornate details (that only fits two people). The bathrooms here remind me of being in Palm Springs, as it’s deco, colorful, and different gradations of one color all at once. What more could you ask for! We’re off to the plages now for some rays!
