As much as I try, I simply can never be classified or pigeonholed into being a typecast. I have very definitive interests, all of which are seemingly connected to one another and all of which are entirely out of this world. But, one of my all-time favorite things to do is rummage around outside and discover nature. Our world is so incredibly magical and sometimes we tend to forget it.

These yellow flowers took me back in time to my childhood; a time when I would run around in the fields in our backyard. I would always be wearing a dress and I would usually be covered in mud or with feathers coming out of my hair. My mother would be chasing me; I would be giggling and life at that moment was more than complete. I was fortunate enough to pay homage to my deep support for nature, while taking these photos and it's now a memory that I will cherish. I really enjoy the idea of the paradox between authentic fabrics and esoteric shapes and this McQueen dress completely brightens up my world.
