My best friend Kevin rented us a large beach front villa for our stay in Maui with some of our friends that we holidayed with at Necker. The North Shore is picturesqure and it’s beauty is filled through its shores, cliffs, and green scenery. Driving around, you are able to experience and see this serene island in fast-motion, but you can also take a hike opting for a slow-motion experience. Kevin is boundlessly tolerant of my avid photo-taking frenzies, and although I am much more of a bohemian on island then in normal lifestyle, capturing moments are still some what of a necessity to me, even if I do try and play the not-connected-to-technology card.
I wanted to throw together an outfit that reminded me of how a holiday might look in the late 60s; a knit headband that covered my ears, a stripe skirt tucked into a silk beaded blouse and of course, photography captured in black and white. My outfit made me feel as if I was apart of some wonderful time honored history. So there we were, just a bunch of friends chillin' in our beach front villa and me, Coco Zaza, diving into my photo-taking frenzies.
Coco wears a vintage Silk Blouse, a vintage stripe knit skirt, Prada sandals and a Missoni headband.
